Website is a "live auction" that you have to register to to start bidding. They have you send them a photo ID and a recent bill to verify it is you as part of the registration process. Once they receive that and setup a user and password your are a registered bidder. Auctions start at 7 days and count down. Cars, classic cars, Rv's, and contruction equipment are listed up for bid.

I did a search for reviews on EVFSRepos LLC and found several old Car, RV blogs with people stating they had won bids and their item was delivered as described. Their website is very legit looking and operates like you would think an auction site should. Their is even a phone number that a person answers all of your questions in regards to title, delivery, payment etc.

IT IS ALL A SCAM!

Another search after I realized I was never going to get my car delivered and that my $75,600 dollars was gone showed up on Reddit that the scammers had activated or stolen an old legitimate company's auction site and claimed it as their own.

I was searching for RV's on Facebook Marketplace and EVFSRepos advertised as a sponser, listing several "repossessed" RV's and other various automobiles and heavy equipment. Thinking they were a legitimate repo organization, we registered to be able to bid on an RV. They required a copy of my husband's driver's license (front and back) and verification of residency (credit card or utility bill). We placed a bid on the RV and followed the auction until it was over where we noticed no one else bid on the item, which we thought was unusual. We received an email congratulating us on winning the bid and then a phone call from a woman claiming to work for them. She stated we would need to wire the money to them, and they would deliver the RV. My husband asked for the VIN number and stated he would fly out a look at the RV and, once he approved of the purchase, we would wire the money to them. She stated we would not be able to do this, and again, requested we wire all the money to them first. After doing some online research, we found a dealership in Minnesota with the actual RV that EVFSRepos claimed to be selling, and stole the pictures from. They stated they were also aware of the scam and were in the process of trying to sue EVFSRepos for using their photos to try to scam people. I am afraid they will try to use my husband's Driver's License and/or credit information for identity theft as well.

I set up an account with EVFSRepos LLC to auction for potential vehicle. I provided a front and back copy of my DL and bank statement with address verification.

A friend told me this website is a fake auction and scam. I have yet to make a bid on an item but i have provided the above information and also created an account with a password.

I would like to know if the site is legitimate. It appears that it is not from public forums.

Please advise.
