This “company” is a total scam. I was trying to get a piano moved, and they gave me a rather high delivery fee. The company has no phone number, just a chat and an email. After trying to get an invoice created, we decided to try and look the company up on the internet. Turns out, it doesn’t exist. When we asked them how to independently verify their business this morning, they couldn’t answer. It’s now afternoon and they no longer have a chat function, only email.
