Offered to help get refund for anti virus fee that had auto renewal. Gave phone number to call back and gave name of Shane Wilson.... call back placed “Shane” in a noisy room of other callers with thick Asian accents.

Wanted to get on my computer..... NOT..... hacked before..... no one gets on my computer unless I have called for help... such as Apple
