THEY CALL EVERY MORNING STATING SOMEONE HAS MADE A PURCHASE ON MY VISA CARD ON AMAZON. I ALWAYS HANG UP ON THEM BUT THIS IS VERY ANNOYING. IS THERE ANY WAY TO STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING?

Caller stated my credit interests and credit interests and will repair. Continously calling and when block number, Caller calls from different number

I'm tired of these constant, annoying Robo calls.

They call and say that there are time sensitive changes to your credit card account. Press 9 to speak to someone. When the heavily accented man gets on the line he says that you are paying to much interest on your credit cards and he needs the numbers and expiration date to verify them. If you refuse he bursts into swearing and calls you a *** *** and says don't waste my time. The number then called back repeatedly over the next few days asking for me by name and asking if I am the *** *** *** *** *** *** ***.

Received a call from this number stating they were going to lower my credit card interest rate. Began asking me yes and no questions only. You would like a lower interest rate correct? You pay your credit card on time correct? Sometimes you pay more then your minimum payments to pay it of quickly correct? I informed the caller the call sounded like a scam and why was he only asking me yes or no questions. He respond again with you want you interest rate lowered correct? I said I will contact my credit card company directly and he hung up. I attempted to call the number back and received a voicemail with a female recording, I'm unable to get the phone please call me back. I contacted my credit card company and it was NOT them. Was informed they would NEVER contact by phone only by mail to lower interest rates. This is a SCAM!!!
