This company keep sending me text messages and leaving me a voicemail messages after calling my phone threatening me with an outstanding balance I’m saying they’re going to send me to collections. at first I thought I owed the money but I never received anything from them and I don’t remember signing up for anything on the Internet so when I ask them to send me proof that they mailed me an item oh I provided me with a tracking code that when I searched for it came back as not being valid. I then searched all of my email folders or emails from themWhich they claim to have sent me and the only messages I was able to find all of my folders spam included where are the present in that moment emails nothing ever from the period that they claim to have mailed you some skin care products. When I contacted the postal delivery agency they have no record of it either. The reason the company said that the tracking info was no longer available was because after a certain amount of time the information is no longer kept by shipping company making it no longer available for the customer to search for. Conveniently they were contacting me after this window of time had passed. Furthermore the information that they have on record for my credit card is years old! i’ve never received a bill or outstanding notice from them in the mail never received a product from them that they claimed that I ordered in the mail. They are not able to provide me with valid tracking information regarding the shipment they claim I owe them for and the first time notified me did I owe them money was almost a year after they claimed they sent me the product. I went in circles with their customer service people which were very rude and threatening me constantly and I said no I will not give you my current credit card info because I don’t OU for anything! And they just insisted but they couldn’t prove it. Now it is a year later and I get a phone call a text from them again Play minute got the all of the same stuff. I told them I’m going to turn them in because I’ve seen stuff on television about these types of telemarketers scammers who purchase peoples information from other companies and then bombard them customer with phone calls and messages insisting rudely but they owe money and I’m sure many people are just intimidated and pay to make it stop. But I am on a very Limited income because I’m on disability I know what I order in the mail because I wait for it to arrive. Be very very aware that this visage skin care company is fraudulent! I think it is some sort of a scam like the woman on Michelle housewives in Utah who is currently dating criminally charged for exactly this type of fraud. What these people don’t understand is that the mailing address I use is a place of business belongs to my parents and we have an understanding with all of the shipping companies but if we are not open then they have to come back and deliver our packages when we are open for business. So I know that I never received anything any products in the mail from this company and because they can’t prove itI know I’m right. I will always be glad to pay it for a bill if I rightfully owe the money to somebody. But I am tired of being scammed and taken advantage of. Visage skin care It’s a scam business! Beware!
