After trying to figure out how to fill out documentation for travel to the USA on a Canadian PR with a EU passport, I was redirected multiple times to this company visahq. I thought because of the redirect this was who I was to use for this. The company was to process the Esta application for travel to the USA and refused to provide a link within their secured website for the uploading of the “required” documentation. Instead they reiterated that they needed me to take a photo of my passport and send it to them through messenger or send it via email. I should have known something was wrong when they asked for certain information in the application process but just figured that this was information needed by the department of homeland security. I have asked multiple times for them to reimburse me and they have said there are processing fees and that they will not reimburse me in the entirety. I have started that they are not providing a safe and secure platform to upload my government documentation
