It started with me trying to sign up for phone service with this company that claims it is Verizon based prepaid service. I downloaded the app and began following the instructions to begin purchasing and activating service through the built in eSIM function on my iPhone 12. I get to the purchase screen and tap to charge the card - I get an error saying "something went wrong" but then as I tap back to try and see if it was just an app glitch; the same payment screen shows and then the app is telling me to try my payment again; I stupidly did so and it charged me and did the same thing. I lost $50 in total and was left with no service and live chat representatives that didn't help at all. DO NOT attempt to get service through this provider. I was told that I would be refunded and I never received any of the money I spent to activate my service. This service provider isn't even listed as an accredited business on here and I wish I had known that before trying to get service.

We bought a phone Samsung S10e with the promise to get $200 promotional gift code to purchase whatever we want at Samsung's website. The first code we got by email and when we tried it on check out it wouldn't go through, it said "invalid code". So we called VISIBLE and they resent the same code. We called Samsung and they said it was not their promotion and not their code, therefore there was nothing they could do. We contacted VISIBLE again and all we got was a promise that someone from their team was going to contact us between 24 and 48 hours. That never happened. On the third day after, we contacted again and after a long chat we got a different gift code. So, we tried again and still nothing. The next time we contacted Visible, all we got to know was that our first case had been closed and they opened a new one. In resume, We would like it to be fixed, other wise it is just false advertisement.
