On September 25, 2017, my wife picked out a puppy from the visiontinychihuahuas.com website named "London". She called the number on the website (501-226-6433) and left a message that she was interested in a puppy. Her call was returned by a Mr. Frank Buch, they exchanged information and she was given his personal telephone number (918-884-0287). Mr. Buch stated he would ship the puppy when she went to Albertson's and purchased a $600.00 MoneyGram ($500.00 for the puppy and $100.00 for shipping). We did as instructed, purchased the MoneyGram (reference #46881624). We then received a telephone call stating that we needed to send another $850.00 to $1,000.00 because the shipping crate was incorrect and the puppy would not be comfortable during the flight. We stated that we already paid for shipping and that we would not put out any more money for the puppy. We then informed Mr. Buch that he needed to either return our money or send us the puppy. Since that time Mr. Buch has refused to return our calls. We contacted MoneyGram and filed a complaint (reference #8526061). Their employee, Vince, informed us that the money was picked up at WalMart, located at 133 Arkansas Blvd., Texarkana, AR, 71854, telephone #870-772-1501 at 8:46am on September 26, 2017.
