Computer went to a locked screen with a 4000 second timer counting down saying your computer will CRASH as the timer counts down. Call 877-663-9441 for support. They said they are partners with Microsoft (not true). They take control of your computer while you are under duress and get you to pay $149 ($151.20) for a two year service contract. Bad People at Vision Group! They called several times and said they would refund and then another guy calls and says they are the scammers and that he would not issue a refund. [email protected]

I will dispute this charge and paid a legitimate computer tech guy to remove anything they added. I will also cancel the card and have it re-issued to be on the safe side. VERY SAD there are people like this in the world. THERE are so many GREAT people in this world too.
