The scammer used a report of suspicious payments under the account to try and lure the victim into accepting the scam website, and filling out the information in order to gain access to the bank account.

"Vision FCU: We noticed an unusual $469.99 payment on your account, if you didn't authorize visit: https://visioncullouwj.search.sh to cancel transaction"
