on 6/15/2023 I bought online The human-dog bed in a size XL BLACK, two was the deal. the order # is1994 and they sent me a USPS tracking number of FLY611031142. I waited until 8/8/2023 to write them or try and contact them but I only got an email back saying they received my request and it was from [email protected]. However, the reply to address was from [email protected] The # for the request confirmation is 480532. It also stated that the email was a service from Bluesky delivered by Zendesk. I have never received my product to be delivered to me at 150 S Rancho Santa Fe Rd #29 San Marcos CA. 92078. I paid $29.98 plus &5.98 shipping and handling so total was $35.96 which I put on my credit card of course... Please if you can learn anything about this and or nail these people for fraud I am happy to help however I can Please notify me via email [email protected] which is email I used to communicate with them. I have never heard back from their customer service department or anyone.

I ordered 2 scooters from them thinking it was legit and I haven't received anything this was back in October or November of2022 I know now it was a rip off but I wanted to make more people aware of what is going on with them. I hope that everyone reads this !

Purchased a scooter in July 2023. Never received scooter and have written Visionunita many many times. I only get robot emails saying they are going to check. Tracking number did not exist. Poor poor company stealing money from hard working people!

Purchased 2 red scooters. Order 5431 price $59,98 as was thru QVC on Facebook I got in tracking site. Says it was delivered august 14. I never received them

Purchased on line QVC thru visionunitcaHK ON JULY 29, 2023. ORDERED 2 SCOOTERS. TOTAL PRICE $59.98. Being it was thru QVC, I felt it was legit. I went on their web site, it stated it was delivered on August 14. I never received them. It was order #5431. O bottom of tracking page, it states to contact [email protected]. Did so, says no web available

I ordered a scooter from this company said they shipped it and the company they had tracking my package posted it was shipped to my door and I didn't get my packsge none of the carriers in my aera didnt receive a package so I was scammed and will never receive the scooter I paid for

To whom it may concern, why hasn't anybody done anything about this company or website or whatever it is because they've scammed so many people. I don't see why somebody hasn't done anything about it. I think I'm just going to make a police report. Get the ball rolling

Yeah I ordered a scooter and I thought it would be legit because it came off of QVC a well-knowing TV station that sold products all over the world. QVC needs to get their [censored] kicked I ordered a purple scooter and I didn't get it and I'm pissed off

Pd for fast shipping also. No word no scooters. Pd total $91.94. Where is it? Scam?

I purchased a folding power chair I paid for with my debit card which I never received I thought it was legit because it said it was being sold by QVC I emailed the contact given which had gotten me nowhere received fake tracking number and the customer service was fake this doesn't say much for QVC to have their name put out there like that

I bought a buy 1 get one free on the human size dog bed. I also received a fake email and confirmation with a delivery date that was never delivered. This is insane I'm not the only one

I purchased a two for one deal on chairs - 35.96 on my debit card. Received the receipt from them by email. Then received a tracking number that was fake. I’ve emailed the address shown to contact and get a response from another fake email from an obviously fake customer service response team. No chairs - can’t track so I feel sure I’ve been scammed. When I tried to enter the amount of 35.96 - your form would not accept that so that’s why it shows 3500- it accepted that. The purchase was 35.96 paid with debit card.
