Type of a scam Online Purchase
I purchased the following product from the company website: "Raye Angled Crystal Gin & Tonic Glasses Set of 2 × 1". The price of $34.99 seems to match the description, i.e. this is what you would expect from a pair of high quality crystal glasses. However, when I opened the box, the glasses appeared to be made of cheap plastic and not crystal. While the company allows refunds, it charges unreasonably high price of $10.46 for shipping. As a result, it becomes uneconomical to return the product as you spend over $20 on shipping to get $34.99 back and be left with no product at all.
I have researched the company on Amazon and noticed that the reviews mirror my experience with it and I'd like to report this to protect other potential customers from this fraudulent practice.
