I ordered a stator for a four wheeler from www.vismaedu.com. I paid with paypal. They took the funds and said the item was delivered. The item was not delivered. I took the tracking number to my local post office, and that tracking number belonged to a completely different item and was delivered to a completely different address. The post office said scammers are duplicating tracking numbers to make it appear items are delivered so pay pal will give them the funds.

So I didn’t get my part and am out the 65.00
