I was on social media via facebook. There was a website offering band tshirts. I ordered a five finger death punch shirt for $48 and some change. What I received in the mail was not what I ordered and it was very very poor quality. Especially compared to what I thought I was ordering. When I tried to get in touch with the website they first totally ignored my message. Then when I threatened them with the better business bureau they actually responded and acted as if they were going to be helpful. The message I received asked for a picture of the item I received. I sent the picture and then was told that they couldn’t help me. And actually told me to “just give the shirt to someone else since it wasn’t my style”. I emailed them back and wasn’t so nice about it and never received another response.
