A Robert Abrahams, Head of Legal Affairs for Vista Logos is sending texts demanding money to prevent a $75,000 lawsuit for a logo that is not in use and will never be used.
He said to hire an attorney for $150 but they wouldn't be smart enough to win and cost over $10,000 and that I had to send him $1050 in 24 to 48 hours or he would initiate an infringement lawsuit.
I asked for the USPTO and ID.me log in information and he stated it was illegal to send that to me unless I paid the $1020. Then later he demanded $1050. He also claims he has already sent paperwork of evidence to federal offices. Then said again any attorney wouldn't be smart enough and they would have to pay the $75,000.
Before this they sent dozens of emails demanding to trademark the logo.
Stay away from Vista Logos.

For over 3 months, I have been getting text messages from Chris Lee (IP Attorney) and Robert Abraham (Head of Legal Affairs) that I need to stop using a logo I paid them to create for me, given that my rights to use it have expired. Meanwhile, my registration of this logo was denied by the Trademarks office. I need to pay them either to reinstate the logo or pay them to have the logo or IP legally closed. They will message me numerous times during the week telling me they are giving me a "Final" reminder. They use scare tactics by listing a bunch of Copyright Law Code Sections in an attempt to get me to pay them, or that they will be suing me, or that I will get a cease-and-desist letter for a logo I no longer use.

I paid Vista Logo to create a logo for me and paid them additional money to copyright it. Now, more than a year later, I am receiving threatening phone calls and text messages that my copyright expired and I have to pay them to either extend it, or pay them to close it.. If I don't comply, I'll be hit with a $75,000 lawsuit.

Similar to other complaints here and on BBB, they continue to very rudely try to pressure and threaten you to pay more and more money for a worthless logo that I am not using anywhere. The calls and texts have been going on for almost a year, continuing to insist on more money for a logo I already paid for and don't even want. From copyright.gov, "For an anonymous work, a pseudonymous work, or a work made for hire, the copyright endures for a term of 95 years from the year of its first publication or a term of 120 years from the year of its creation, whichever expires first."
They have no basis for their false claims and I am disgusted that they would do this to their clients. I hope that no one else falls for their scam! Please, don't give them your business!

Olive Logo. I had a logo designed and paid all initial fees including copyright. I've since received threats and lawsuit threats from people claiming to be from the company but none of them have any backing information. I've been threatened by saying I don't own the .com domain name and that it's required. I've been threatened by them saying it's illegal use of Intellectual property. And I've been threatened over the trademark status of the logo. The names are Chris Lee, Keith Hernandez, and Jason Wallace. None of which check out at all and they refuse to provide any other information.

A person identified as an IP attorney named Chris Lee at Design Avenue texted me a long message directing me to take down my logo for my LLC. The text message also indicated that my ownership rights have expired and if I was found using the logo, I would be subjected to legal consequences and cited the copyright law. He requested I submit a closure letter if the IP was not in use.

I requested this information in writing and asked for an email outlining this situation. He sent an email containing an invoice and he was very adamant I take care of it right away otherwise I will be penalized $75,000.00 if I continued to use the logo.

I checked with the Library of Congress Copyright Office and my copyrighted logo is in tact.
