I purchased my glasses and paid in full for the amount of $404.20 on September 29, 2018 and since then I’ve been told many different reasons why my glasses hasn’t been delivered. Until today 11/10/18 I still haven’t received my spectacle. When I asked for my money back, store manager, Mary told me that she wasn’t authorized to do so, and I’ve to wait until Tuesday for someone to call me (which never happened in the past after being told the same many times).
I was given a name, Seema Yousaf, practice administrator, she apparently was the lady who can authorize the refund, only I wasn’t given any further info on how to contact her. At this point, after so many excuses, all I want is to get my money back.
Mary, the store manager was not helpful at all, her excuse was “I just work here”, “I don’t make those rules”, “I don’t care what you want to do, you just need I deal with ‘her’ (Seema Yousaf)”. “We are small family owned store, you just have to deal with me”.
I was left helpless and don’t know what to do, I can’t event report to Mary’s boss on how I’ve been treated, I don’t know if all of this was caused by someone (staff) taking my money or something else.
