Then I received what appeared to be altered packaging with no return address or valid working phone number on the packaging material or product itself.
After going back to the website I found the product names did not match and the phone number there or on the package were not working numbers. No one could not be reached (no mail box set up) to return the product.
My credit cards were charged in two installments. One for $89.97 and one for $99.95. I have since contacted my credit card company and have worked at having the charges reversed.
