8 HOURS ON HOLD!!! I called Vital Chek immediately after receiving an email about my order being placed on hold, EVEN THOUGH they have ALL of my required documents! I remained on hold for 8 LONG hours and NOBODY ANSWERED! Rather, their machine just hung up on me! I called THREE DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS for Vital Chek and NONE of them had a live representative! This company is designed to cheat you out of your money! My father passed away and I paid this company to retrieve his death certificate for me. They have ZERO REMORSE about the grieving process! I DEMAND MY DOCUMENTS AND FULL REIMBURSMENT FOR ALL OF MY EXPENSES, INCLUDING MY NOTORIZED DOCUMENTS!! With all of the bad reviews of this company I need to look into a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT EXPEDITIOSLY!!!! ??????
