Offered 100% money back 30-day return gaurantee. Company only offers 85% return claiming restocking fee even though they don't want the product returned to them. Also shipping was not refunded. Item is incredibly cheap and low quality. Charged $59 for 1st unit - less for 2nd and more. The same exact item (unbranded) is sold for $7 on Amazon. I doubt its worth even $7! My bad for believing the review and then suckered in to the special offers and deal. Expert review site is fraudulent.

It seemed that everywhere we looked, Vital Dash Cam was grand and shoulders above the rest. It had good reviews, a 4.9 star rating, high praise from everyone. So, we go to the site to order, they’re having a Black Friday sale right now and the camera is only like $55. We select the camera and the $12 warranty and the total is $67. You go to put in the credit card and the total is now $89 with no explanation. We call the company to say WTF, and someone with a thick Middle East accent answers. They say “It was for $13 in shipping,” which still doesn’t explain the $89 price. We say forget it, cancel the order, and the heavy sales pitch starts. They offer an additional 30% off, making the price $73. We make the purchase and can’t wait to get the new camera. Not even 15 minutes later, we receive an email saying they are refunding $22 and we will no longer receive any products from them. We set out looking for any info on whether this company is legit and every single thing I find that says “Buyer beware,” “Scam alert,” or “Do not buy,” turns out to be sales pitch with the exact same wording on every site. We have not found 1 piece of evidence that supports this company being legit. DO NOT BUY and run away as fast as you can from this company!

I went on duck duck go to look up dash cams for a Christmas present. There is a lengthy ad for this dash cam right away. I checked into it a bit and thought it was legit. I never got a confirmation so I called their # they gave and got someone with an accent from Pakistan or such. He did some checking and still nothing in my email. I called again and still no confirmation and I emailed but no feed back. I just believe that they should be taken down off the site because I am sure I am not the only person falling for this scam!
