I seen online about a CBC oil that Don Lemon from CNN was selling. It was supposed to be a free sample and trial as long as you paid shipping and handling. I paid shipping and handling on 1/5/2021. On 1/17/2021 I was charged an additional $104 that I did not authorize. When trying to dispute the charge I realize that there was no email address, no phone number, just no info at all when trying to Google them. When I disputed that charge with CashApp they told me I need to reach out to the company. I didn’t have any info and CashApp gave me a 855 number for them when I called it was a generic customer service number with no name. After speaking to the Lady and telling her what happened she told me that it was a 14 day trial and after the 14 days are up you get charge the full price. First off I didn’t know that or I wouldn’t have ordered out. I was led to believe that it was a sample And a free trial. They charge me 3 different times and each Time the name was different (vital blend, vital energy focus trim, vital energy focus enhancement). I canceled my card and a few hours later was alerted to a charge trying to come through. It was declined because I canceled that card but it was them again with a charge of $91 but different name (vitalnrgywhole). The lady told me that I should be getting the product soon and that they couldn’t give my money back. I explained to her what the issue was she put me on hold and supposedly talk to her supervisor and he stated that since I hadn’t received it was on its way that they will refund all but $80 because it was on its way. I wanted all my money back because now I don’t trust This company
