I ordered a fit tracker and a charger online from Vital Fit Track on 5/21. Cost was $74.89. They sent many confirmations of the order as well as shipping follow up. However, the equipment did not work. I emailed them several times for a return address and they never responded. There is a 90 day full refund guarantee according to their website. I sent the tracker back on 6/5/24 to the address that was on the invoice that was included with the tracker. According to USPS it was signed for at the address on 6/7/24 at 1:26pm. I sent a follow up email to the company today requesting my full refund.
