I ordered the V2 model of the weighted hula hoop. I received two of the V1 model without the easy release clips. I have emailed the company over ten times over one month's time without a reply. There isn't a phone number - no way to contact this company!

Ordered can’t track no phone number won’t answer emails ordered a weighted blanket on dec31 and still have not received can’t get answer from anyone or I’m not able to cancel
