Senior man responded to spam email offer for a Vital Health Ring. His debit card was used to withdraw $28.34 from his checking account. Contact email on the bank transaction records goes to the water billing office for several small towns in Massachusetts. Several emails have been sent to the scammer, who continues to send emails with additional offers of products at significant discounts. No product of any kind has been received. No response to inquiry emails has been received.
