Mine shows as 75% complete at expert review. The thing is, it says to contact them by their online form fill out. I've emailed twice now and no one has gotten back to me. This was last week. Their website says someone will be in touch within 1-2 days. Also, once you get to this step, you receive an email saying your card was charged $121. (I chose the premium version and expedited delivery.) It also shows steps in the email to login which don't really make sense. I tried to log back in and it ended up giving me another confirmation number?? I tried calling this number on their website which shows from New York multiple times but all it says is 'an agent is busy. to contact us fill out the online form'.
No one calls you back, you don't get a status update or have any idea where your application is at in the process. It's bogus and needs to be reported so others don't fall for this!
