SCAM!!!!

They pose as a legitimate company who will provide you with a quick and easy way to get a copy of your records. In my case I provided personal information thinking they would supply me with a copy of my birth certificate. Instead, they sent me an email stating they reviewed my application and now I have to fill out another form and submit to my local health department myself and pay more fees. They are a SCAM!

It made pay for my birth certificate as if it was the state health services and then charged me 54 dollars for doing nothing ...please help take them down for other people ...and Google's algorithm has them as first opinion too.. different emails too [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]
