I ordered a birth certificate for 54 dollars on dec 6 th 2021 and never received it. I would like my money refunded please…I do not have any more information..

I was looking to get a copy of my birth certificate and this website advertised that by sending in your information you would recieve your birth certificate in the mail. I gave my social security information, parents names and birth information and my birthplace. I paid $55.00 on a debit card for them to send me the application to send in to the NY vital records.

Lady named Kim who sounded very official and matter of fact claiming she was from the Clark County Vital Records Service who said that ordering proof of marriage off the website could take up to 3-4 weeks, but she could get it to me by monday if i ordered with her today, right now for 69.99.

proof of marriage from the real website is 15$ with 7-10 day delivery time.
