I went online to Tennessee vital Records to get my daughter a birth certificate, filled out all information. It showed it would be 15 dollars . When checking out it showed me shipping prices and nothing else. When I checked out it didn’t show me a total, so I assumed it was okay because I normally go online straight to vital Records in Nashville Tennessee. That night my bank account was hit for 69 dollars. I was like wow. A few days later I received a packet with the application I had filled out . In it was telling me to send it to vital records with 15 dollars plus what ever charge they may apply. I will be at the bank in the morning. Please don’t use this company. I really don’t know how they grabbed my information but they did. They have claimed to have refunded my money but have not.
