We received a health ring that would not charge, to be able to work. We sent emails to customer support without response. We were able to talk to a person over the phone, but they would not send a replacement or give a full refund. They offered 50 percent of money back which we refused, since the item would not work. We wanted a replacement or a return with full refund. They finally offered 85 percent of money back and my girlfriend accepted that. Hopefully the money shows up and her credit card doesn't get hacked.
