Type of a scam Online Purchase

Almost to a "T" the same scam that you have listed below for same product; which cannot be a coincidence. Except they use a different name in fact they have several different names, First name they used was vitallean.com for my supposedly "Free" Keto vitamins, I was charged 13.87 for shipping. Not only, did they overcharge me for what was supposedly a free (after taking a survey for Walmart) vitamin they tried to get me to purchase several items and I immediately contacted the number and told then I DID NOT want to purchase anything but the one vitamin listed and I was told it would be a cheaper shipping price if I used Master Card, I did not get a better price for shipping by using master card. I also, asked the rep if this was a SCAM and he immediately hung up on me. They then charged my card a second time for over $119.98 and I contacted both them and my MC to cancel and remove the charge...this time it fell under a different name: Nutriona Inc. in San Leandro, CA. A few days later I see another charge for a recurring subscription in the amount of 19.99 per month using the name of BODYFIRMPROFESSIONWELL (they all have the same phone number and again I contacted them and said to remove, as I had not signed up for anything with them. That subscription charge is being investigated by MC security as this company said they would remove it; however, they did not. This company used Walmart as a survey in order to get a free Keto supplement. And then used my credit card for bogus charges (one being a monthy subscription, which I had not signed up for nor did I want anything to do with them. But the fact they keep changing names is disconcerting when trying to see what else they are charging me on my card.

A question below asking how much money I lost is impossible to answer, as they keep charging me using different company names for different things.

Scam Description

***I went by the name and phone number showing on my CC statement. There is no clear website, and that's how they operate. After filling a survey in March 2021, I was offered different product options that required "shipping and handling only." I was then, charged 119.98 about 2 weeks later. When I called, they said I "should've cancelled within 14 days, and that I was automatically enrolled in monthly supply." I stated I did not sign a contract of purchase for the product, did not receive any monthly supply, nor did I want this product. I was told a refund was not possible. I alerted my CC company of fraud and filed a dispute. Basically, the company, once in possession of a consumer's CC, feels entitled to STEAL from people. This company is stealing and they have no shame about it. The product/company: "SLIM ORIGIN KETO" 60 capsules. The bottle says: "Slim Origin Dietary Supplements" Phone: 844 374-9861 I contacted them with info on my CC statement: " Premium Slim Fitness" Phone: 866 410-8731 PEOPLE DON'T SIGN UP FOR FREE SAMPLES WITH THIS COMPANY!!! IT'S JUST A TRICK TO GET YOUR CC INFO. THEIR PILLS ARE NOT FOR WEIGHT LOSS (probably just simple vitamins) with weight loss claims just to steal your money without your consent.
