Nearly the exact same as the previous report. A red flag went off when I couldn't find her name, "Angela Nobert" on any listings of the company, which supposedly only employs three people. Upon reverse image searching her profile picture I found that there were numerous reports of her using the exact same tactics with alternate names, all of them involve texting you claiming to have received a job application on linkedin, wherein you then take a quiz and are told that they are proceeding quickly due to the upcoming holidays. After bringing up the scam listings to her on Telegram, she promptly removed her profile picture, deleted all of our messages, and blocked me. I presume there was eventually going to be a monetary aspect to this, given the nature of the scam.

Basically received a text for a job application I never applied to asking me to send my resume to an Angela Nobert with an email @ [email protected]

Knew immediately once they said "send out a check for equipment" I figured it was too good to be true and the form of communication would be through an app.
