Type of a scam Online Purchase
I got an email reassured me the product would be ship in 03/15 and I would be notice. At the end of March, the order still showed "Prepare for shipping", thus, I contacted the online representative and insisted on a cancellation. The online customer service blame the whole situation on a mysterious vendor.
I've got an email a few days later as an "accident" showing they requested the cancellation with their vendor. I followed up more than a week later with that person and was told to ignore that accidental email, that the cancellation was submitted but the vendor had not responded and I should wait for 3-5 days to hear back from vendor.
Viva Terra is the company I placed the order with, thus, Viva Terra has to take responsibility to right the wrong with their clients once a trade goes wrong as this situation. They can't pass us around and blame the responsibility on their vendors, in which I don't even know if there are vendors or not.
To this point, they has not refund the charge of $153.99 or delivered the product for an order placed more than 3 months ago. I'd like to report Viva Terra and their trades as scams. Consumers should be aware of their tactic in dragging delivering timeline to no limit or dragging similarly in cancellation and refund, so clients would get too exhausted in following up and let go of the payments we originally made.
