Contacted by Paradise Travel Services paradisetravelsvcs.com in Mexico offering to purchase our Vidanta timeshare. Said they worked with Vivian L. Rackauckas Law Firm to manage the Escrow. Contacted via email and have spoken in person to someone by that name. She and her staff have provided multiple documents that look legitimate. Of course sale price was way above what we paid for it and we were told we would not have to pay anything up front and she w[censored]ding the funds from Paradise Travel in escrow for us. Then came the final paperwork and a Notario Publico was needed in Mexico that required $$$$ up front. We did not pay any money but they continue to call and email trying to get us to send it. We will not be wiring funds to Mexico and I'm posting as a warning to others.

So i was reached out by a Paradise travel agency looking to purchase my international timeshare for a hefty gain. I asked if any money was going to be interchanged that I was not interested was told no out of pocket money was going to be exchanged signed all type of documents and was reached out that because it was an international purchase a $*** down was going to be needed in order for them to release the $**k plus the $*** of the down payment. Received a phone call from my timeshare with my supposed balance owed. I took it upon my self to reach out to the time share and they said this is a scam that has been happening to the timeshare holders.
