Vivian Smith keeps calling all the family members asking for 1 particular individual. Vivian Smith is stating is calling from the court house and needs to serve legal documents to individual and we need to tell her the address. That if we don't disclose the address of the individual we are going to suffer the consequences. Then Vivian Smith stating will be serving the documents to the individual in question to our address of job or residence if we don't provide her with the address of the individual she requested. Vivian Smith is requesting for a settlement over the phone to stop the proceedings of serving legal documents.

this collection practices are unlawful. Vivian Smith refuses to disclose any other information and is leaving personal information of the individual in our phones
