This website is selling clothes at a “discounted” price. I bought a dress from them. Weeks after my payment had been processed, I was charged a larger amount of money by them randomly. I found out that they had subscribed me to a monthly subscription without my knowledge or consent. I emailed them asking to give me a refund and they refused. They said that the subscription had been the reason why I was able to get my clothes at a “discounted” price, so they wouldn’t refund me. Later when my dress finally came in the mail, it was not the same as what had been advertised. It was much cheaper, and looked like a Halloween costume rather than the nice dress I’d seen online. I emailed them asking to return it and they refused. I emailed them back and forth over and over, as their website says on the overhead banner, “100% money back guarantee”. They refused to refund me all of my money. I finally had to settle for a partial refund. This company is scamming people. I left a comment on their Instagram account sharing my experience, and it was deleted.
