Vivint had been using ADT equipment. The contact me that I had to upgraded immediately. They installed a very expensive panel and became I am deaf, the person on panel had no caption. They said I had to sign contact but I couldn't read it because of of low visions and it was on a tablet. About a years later came out and installed a smaller panel that I could read. They came out again because they disconnect the scope light, They ordered some cubes for light in 4 areas to turn on when alarm goes off. Charged me more each time. They never installed any seniors or other than belonged to ADT. Except the upgraded panel. They took out a small box, that is probably ADT. About 2 weeks ago a guy from Vivint was selling solor panels. I was blessed to have a retired Deputy visiting me. I will be moving to CO and wanted to get rid of Vivint. The alarm wasn't working and the personal key throbs stopped working and I couldn't turn alarm on. Can't read the panel. I paid them off on the equipment and the monthly charge this month. I am afraid they will come to the house. The employee who was helping the guys install the equipment, told me that the key for the keypad door knob doesn't work and he pitched the key in a boxes of stuff they had the panel in and took it outside. I found the other keys and it works. They wanted access to the key punch door and codes for everything. Left 3 windows unlocked. It's been a mess. Help
