Is a scam website bought a hyper tough oscillating multi - tool

I used my credit card my transaction went though with PayPal funny thing I don't have PayPal !!! I went to websites contact number no answer I text site no return text I knew I was scammed out of my credit card. I was hoping for my shipment to come in no delivery yet... I was scammed. Don't buy from these scammers. Hope they get caught soon and jailed. I will report to my credit card Investigation.

Luckily I do have PayPal and disputed the charges when emails I kept sending to the seller kept coming back that the seller is not accepting emails at this time. I have received a full refund from PayPal when I opened a dispute for not receiving the item and no contact from the seller after 4 attempts

I ordered a product from vivonshop.com. The payed with paypal. I never received a confirmation email, tracking number, or anything regarding the purchase. I never received the product either. It has been almost a month since I placed the order. I sent an email to the email address listed on both the website and paypal. Both are not real emails. I am trying to resolve issue with paypal as we speak.

I had to open a dispute about the same thing, They ruled in my favor and I have been given a full refund for my purchase.
