However, I contacted customer service who confirmed via chat the game will not be available for me to watch. Furthermore, I have a 7.57 dollars charge on my credit card.
I provided their customer service department with evidence showing the misleading information and requested a refund. They created a ticket and haven't confirmed they will refund me. I am sure this same mechanism will mislead other customer who will male the same mistake. Overall the dollar amounts will add and this is not right.
