I ordered a UV Sanitizer for $54.90 online from a VJtrend & immediately cancelled the order. The Vendor emailed asking for the reason for the cancellation. When the reason was provided the said that they do refund monies. They never once said that the item had been sent.The Vendor still took the money out of my account after the cancellation of the item & sent it to my home. I contacted the Vendor & was informed that it would cost me too much money to send back the item. I was told to keep the item & they would refund $10. This Vendor is dishonest & people should not purchase from VJ trend.

Item never arrived. No way to contact the company. Scam.

I made a purchase with this company but never received the product. Emailed customer service twice and never got a response. They gladly took my money but no tracking or shipping info and I made my order weeks ago.
