Back in august 2019 responded to ad about keto pills. Free bottle only pay s/h of $4.95. Within 15 days this company charged my credit card with $60. I declined the charge and blocked this company from charging again. I didnt recieve any other bottles or correspondence from them, untill Nov of 2020, saying I owe them the $60.00. I requested a copy of original invoice that I never recieved at the time it was sent in 2019. Looking over the supposed original invoice I noticed a mistake. I know what credit card I used to pay s/h and the first time they contacted me it was on the message. The printed copy has a different number that I actually dont have! Plus now they want $90.00! If this company is closed why are they trying to collect a year or more debt?

Received an email stating I owed $60 for a product through M-Nature Wellness Corp. I have no clue what the company is or what the product is. Scary part is they listed the last 4 of my credit card and it is accurate. It states my order date of the product is 6/29/19 and my credit card was declined less than a month later...I received this email for the first time ever November 4, 2020. I have never received a phone call from this company (VKollect) leading up to this email. I have tried to email back using the reply function, the email address is not valid. I went on their website and used that email address for contact us...email not valid. Seems fake but i am alarmed they have the last 4 of my credit card accurate. I research m-nature wellness corp and the website states: "If you recently received a charge on your credit card under the name M Nature Wellness, M Nature Wellness Corp, or M Nature Wellness Limited, call 888-842-1002 in the United States to discuss your order." I called the number and they asked me "what did I order" I explained AGAIN I do not recognize the company. They made me give all my info and I refused stating they are a scamming agency. I asked to speak to a supervisor, she kept repeating the same thing (I need to verify your info). The representative refused to send me to another person. I said she should be able to get a supervisor and said she can't. I asked for her info and said I was filing with ScamPulse.com on both companies (VKollect and M-Nature Wellness) and she would only give me Rachel. I asked if this was a scam and she did not respond.
