you get a free trial just pay s and h. Then they send it without an invoice and never say what the cost of the product is. When I called to return it they said to keep it and would refund 50% of the fee! I did not agree to that. I told them I did not open it and did not want it. So then they offered 70%off. I did agree to that but was not happy with that and was going to report this.

Vlamorous.....claims all shark tank investors invested in skin product. buy trial for s&h.....I was billed 3 different charges on my card under leg appealing serum and Artistocratic Skin.....I called to ask why 3 charges....$3.95. $5.95 and .99 and why differ names........says FL and also states CA on bank info.

I felt uncomfortable with this.....products not amazing....did as asked and sent back items with a special # on front of package (VMA #) of which I took a photo......

This was done in a timely manner. They sent a confirmation of cancellation. They said I was to have until May 18 to have product back...... on May 2, I noticed another charge from them of $105.xx listed under Aristrocratic Skin and no phone number to call this time......

I called again and they refused to refund money. Kept giving different %'s off...... very difficult.....very rude......

please do not order!!!! SCAM! Fraud! I reported to my bank's fraud department.

They say you can get the product or sample the product for free and you just have to pay for shipping. Then they start charging your card every month.

When you call for your money back they will offer to allow you to keep the product for free. Then they will offer to refund you 50%. Then they will offer to refund you 70% and you can keep the product. Then they will offer to refund you 100% but they'll charge you for warehouse fees etc. There was no mention of auto renewal at all. Scam.

Anti aging cream offer on FB was for shipping only. My credit card has been charged twice for $105. The company claims that when you purchase you agree to auto renewal. I never agreed to this as I purchased on FB and saw no info regarding auto renewal. The initial offer was to pay shipping only. For an extra $20 or so, I purchased the eye cream. This company has now charged me over $210. When I called and asked for my money back and for them to pick up the unopened second shipment, they said they would give me %50 of my money back. When I threatened to contact BBB, they said they would give me %70 back. This company is a scam!

You purchase a trial sample at a low price then they charge your credit card hundreds of dollars for the sample if you don't cancel within 14 days. Nowhere on the site does it say you're consenting to future purchases.

This company is 110% a scam and should be shut down. I saw the products were a huge success on Shark Tank and I thought they were legitimate and that I would give them a try. I ordered a TRIAL order of some of their products - never giving my signed consent to continue to use their products after my trial had ended. Without any warning, they then charged me over $200 for a subscription I never wanted to continue. When I called customer service to clear things up and receive a refund, each representative that I spoke to gave me a rehearsed speech about how great their products are and that I should continue to use them and totally dismissed my concerns. Each time I called and I tried to talk to a representative, they completely dismissed me and they HUNG UP ON ME. I have never felt so degraded by a customer service rep. This is absolutely a scam company as I have heard from friends that they have been taken advantage as well. I have filed a personal claim to see if I can get my money returned to me, however, this company needs to be shut down. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated and save so much stress, money and heartache to others being taken advantage of.
