I paid for early bird tickets back in February of 2022, the company delayed the museum showing and then went completely silent. There have been no updates for the new showing and the website is down. They are not accepting any sort of communication either.

I purchased 2 Early Bird Bundle (Entry + T-Shirt + Catalog) tickets for the H.R Giger Exhibition “Alone with the Night” at the Vogue Multicultural Museum on 10/2/22. The tickets were for 10/30/22. I went to the event, the doors were closed and there was no information. I went to their instagram and saw a post from 10/24/22 stating that the event had been canceled and would be postponed to early 2023. I never received any information on the postponed event and no refund. I have tried contacting them through their website, Facebook & Instagram. I see that they read my Facebook message and never responded. They scammed myself and a lot of other people out of money. We are frustrated and disappointed. This museum stole money from all of us. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help with an investigation. Thank you in advance.

This business planned a consumer-paying exhibition that was supposed to open in the latter months of 2022. Back in October of 2022, they announced via email and their social media platforms that the event was postponed until further notice. In the past several months I have attempted, along with hundreds of other paying customers to reach out to the vendor regarding a refund, and I have yet to receive a response. There isn't a contact phone number to reach the business by either. It is now May 2023 and still no answer. Called the surrounding businesses and they mentioned they never heard of them. The business disabled all commentary on their social media platforms, so there's absolutely no way to get a response. If you could please email me, ***********************, so I could provide supplemental documentation, that would be great. The upload feature is not working. Thank you

This event was posted all over- social media, website, yelp and it looks like hundreds bought tickets, including myself. Then it was cancelled and there have been no updates or responses as to when it will be rescheduled. I went to Universe tickets to get a refund and explained the situation. They sent me an email that I’ve been refunded in full but 10 days later, I still haven’t received it.
