I saw an ad on Facebook about this monthly subscription where you get 3 records a month for $39.99. I signed up, thinking that I wouldn't get charged until I picked out my music and when my product was shipped, like every other company. NOPE. They charged my card right away and in the first 2 minutes of signing up I tried to cancel. They make this almost impossible. As their entire website does not work, neither do their employees. They don't answer the phone, they just change the voicemail message between a woman and a man's voice randomly. After 3 days they sent an email saying they cancelled my account but no word on my refund. I have called and emailed every day since, 1 week and no word on my refund. I feel like such an [censored]. I even read the reviews which are awful. DO NOT fall for this scam.
