An order for two items was place on December 12, 2022. I received an immediate confirmation message. But when I tried contacting them on December 15 via email I was sent an immediate response that said "we are sorry, we are low staffed ane we are trying to process all Christmas orders. We will email you as soon as we can we are trying ton (sic) get to all emails as fast as we can. Thank you for your patience"

Today I called the phone number on file and it goes immediately to voice mail. Other online comments have bee "filtered" which tells me they do not want the unsuspecting to see these complaints. Therefore I believe this is a scam. Their "payment" was processed December 12. My next step is to call the credit card company to dispute this charge.

Order placed via website Dec 12. Advertisement was on Facebook. I have emailed several times about the status of my order and get a generic auto response: “We are so sorry, we are low staffed and we are trying to process all Christmas orders. I have called several times and it goes directly to voicemail. I want a refund if it is a scam and cannot connect with anyone.

On Facebook people are saying they aren’t legit and then the comments disappear.

Disguised as a company on face book that makes metal signs. Ordered a sign on October 10th for $64.90 and credit card was charged that amount on that day. Approximately a month later, attempted to contact company by email with no answer. Attempted to call and went directly to a prerecorded message. Attempted to text many times and receive the same prewritten message. Impossible to reach a real person with questions about order or to cancel order. The company has listed 3 different addresses that I know of: first was 29575 Sportsman Drive, Chisago City MN 55013, which turns out to be a McDonald's restaurant. Second was 1310 Wayzata Blvd East, Wayzata MN 55391 and third was listed previously in this complaint as their current listed address.

Personalized metal signs that ship in 5-15 business days, should’ve been here at the latest November 28th. Had a US address and phone number so I thought it was legit. Never received a shipment notification or any contact after sending the money. Now I see from many others leaving reviews online that this was a scam and the man behind it has been changing company names frequently. The phone goes straight to voicemail and an automated email is sent to everyone who tries to reach out. Nobody responds

Purchased customized metal sign, used a credit card on 11/14/22. Called the company on 12/6/22 to inquire, only a recorded message available. Emailed them, only received an auto-response. Generated a Facebook Messenger message, only received an auto response. Called my credit card company today to dispute the charge, they are attempting to contact but will be crediting my account back if no resolution is found. FB page shows many others having the same issue, fraud suspected by all.

On 11/25/22 placed an order for a personalized metal sign. Website looked authentic and safe even had a https webpage. Checked reviews all good. Received an email confirmation with order number and payment was posted to my credit card.

Contacted them 7 days later when I hadn’t received item or shipping information and received a very generic email response they were working on my order. Sent another email 10 days after order and received same reply. Then I started to get worried this was a bogus company and did a search on ScamPulse.com but found nothing and searched them on facebook and instagram and read this has happened to many many customers. Curious why they are allowed to advertise on those social media sites and why google hasn’t shut them down yet! I have submitted a claim with Consumer Protection Services and disputed charge with my bank. I hope you place a fraud alert against this company so it doesn’t continue to happen to other people.
