Company in Australia known as Vocam @ www.Vocam.com sent Australian manager to open Safety OnDemand LLC in Tempe, Arizona. In 2013 22 Licenses were purchased of Vocam's safety training library from the distributor Safety OnDemand LLC for an amount of $3,999.95. Within the next 12 months the Safety OnDemand LLC office was closed and the licenses were without IT support. Vocam has denigned any refunds and claims that Safety OnDemand was fully responsible for the support. Vocam claimed that Safety OnDemand LLC was just a distributor yet Vocam is responsible for managing and supporting the licenses. The licenses went unused due to lack of IT support and the office closing.

The goal of this scam report is to warn others that Vocam.com is creating distributors in other countrys offering licenses yet they do not support the product which leads to basically consistent IT issues without support.
