My husband was trying to fix my laptop and had a Microsoft support ad pop up. He talked to them on the phone, 1-800-284-6507 and allowed them to take over my computer. I looked up the number and it was listed for a business named VOCAW. I stopped the repair and the tech support guy called me asking to continue. He said he was located in New Delhi and he was almost finished with his work. I wouldn't allow him to continue and took the laptop to Geek Squad, which found malware and 18 viruses.
