I placed an order April 8,2021 I have not received my packages and they will not respond back for a refund so I would say this is most definitely a scam.

I ordered the oversized bean bag chair back on April 22nd, 2021 from Facebook and still have not received the order. I've send several emails to the company and have never gotten a response. My order still says pending and that the order will be shipped as soon as possible. Is this a true scam? Is it possible to get my money back?

I ordered a bean bag on April 4 but to date have still not received anything apart from the order confirmation email which I have attached.
I paid £55, ($41.99).
I have emailed their ‘customer support’ , 3 times now to get an update on the status of my order but I have not received any responses.
I feel like such a fool as I am always careful when shopping online and have never had this happen before.
I have attached the confirmation email to this report.

I ordered a bean bag on 04/14/2021 for £55 ($41.99) and I have still not received it.
I received an order confirmation when I placed the order so everything seemed legitimate but have emailed their ‘customer Support’ 3 times to ask for an update and have had nothing back.
Reading these other reviews I think I have been scammed. I’m so angry with myself as I always take care when ordering online and have never had this happen to me before. I Feel such a fool.

Hello I’m Elizabeth I have purchased a Big Plush Bean Bag Bed on 3/22/2021 I only received this email for confirmation of payment with an order ID HOS47513 no tracking number it says waiting for shipping and they will contact me when it’s gonna be shipped ASAP I still haven’t received it. They have no phone number to call them and they haven’t updated the information on my order and they have no other way to contact them. I have emailed them to see what’s happening with the order and I haven’t heard from them but I also registered on the website as a new customer and they responded back to welcome me as a new customer so they are still in business I’m all out of ideas thank you for the help with this matter I hope you can resolve this I hope it’s just a minor mistake because I really love this Bed and want it

After seeing an ad for voguehoist on facebook I made an online purchase on 4/1/21 for two bean bags, all orders claim to be shipped in 48 hours on the website however it is 4/27/21 and the order has not even shipped yet. I checked out the facebook page and numerous people have commented saying they never recieved an order either. I reached out through email on 4/22/21 with no response. This company has taken my money and has not fulfilled my order, do not purchase from this "company".
