falsified shipping info to wrong address multiple times to drag out the process so one does not take action, continuously shipping to wrong address via fedEx with product items not matching weight of the box shipped, never refunding the money, not having the address of the buyer on file, yet claiming it was shipped. falsified followers on instagram to make website/business look more legitimate.
