I had applied for a few loans online and was contacted via email by Barry Parsons with Volic Lending telling me I had been approved for a $20,000 loan. I was needing a loan so I called the number in the email. I was told I needed to purchase credit insurance to secure the loan for around $1100. He said once the money was transferred and the contract was signed and returned, the money would be deposited in my account within a few hours. I had sent the signed contract back along with my ID and banking info. I was about to transfer the money but something didn't feel right and I started doing some research. I couldn't find any other info on them. I asked Barry to have someone else from the company call to verify some information and I never received another call and the email communication stopped.
