Please don't buy nothing from this seller, I get some phone with ios but when I check with Apple they say it's fake!I hope they do something to catch this scame bad people!

I purchased,what I thought to be a iphone 11 pro max. What I got instead was a fake phone which looks like a iphone.It is an android phone with an android os 6.0. I returned the phone back to the address on their website for a refund,and I did not get a refund for $229,00 instead the post office said they would not signed the certified mail notice, the phone was returned back to me.I was never able to get them on the phone either.

I purchased a refurbished iphone 12pro max online from volumeposh which was never delivered, i email them no response even tried calling the phone number on several occasions but no one is responding.

They put a facebook ad saying Refurbished iPhone 12 Pro Max for $274.00 and then ask for credit card payment. Take around 2 weeks to send the phone. But you get a fake iPhone that looks exactly as the original but with an Android Os and is in a cheap phone box that has a different phone picture on it.

I bought an iPhone 12 pro max from volume posh recently. It took 2 weeks to reach me here in Calgary, Canada. When i opened the box it came in a different, cheap phone box. I opened the box further and saw that it looked exactly like an iPhone so i switched it on and it had the same opening sequence as a real iOS. but as i started setting it up and realized that there were some small problems with the set up. Also when i wanted to check apps like imaps etc it opened up the google map app. After further investigation i knew that they had sent me a fake iPhone with an android OS.
Do not buy anything from this website, It is fake and is a scam.

I too like others was searching for a deal online and i got into Facebook Market place. There Volumeposh had advertised for used iphone 12 pro Max unlocked on Aug 14th 2021. The offer was for US$274 with Free Shipping and guaranteed delivery on 16th Aug 2021. Paid for it via Credit Card. Also received an email receipt, but the email was suspicious. So I started emailing them to send tracking details and couple of queries. I have not received any reply. All their claims of 48hrs delivery and customer service response is a fake. They say they are located at Pacoima California. But infact they are registered at Burlington, MA, which also is misleading. I feel like nothing will arrive and as the other victim has written, i might get a fake or a non-working model. Will share my experience in a week if anything changes. Please guys, be aware and do not indulge in any business with them. It looks like a Scam.

I was searching online on facebook market place for a used iphone 12 pro unlocked on May 24th 2021. I found a listing from Bonnie Graybill who is on facebook. I made an offer and they directed me to their online shop saying that "Thankyou for contacting us if you are looking to buy a phone or start a phone resale business we are at your service. we are a wholesale supplier of refurbished unlock mobile phones we supply iphones and samsung models, We offer UPS one day shipping so our customers get package within 48hrs our store is located at Pacoima California. We are having Sale Now .If you have any question am here to answer". I then placed on an order online on their website "volume posh". It takes them something like 4 days to issue me a tracking number and all they were saying on their website was not true, they said they will ship it from California in 1 day and you will receive it in 48 hours. The iphone 12 pro max unlocked is shipped from Hong Kong and it took like a week before I got it. When I got it on June 1st 2021, I tested it, and it is was not working properly, I was not able to make or receive call. I sent them a message on facebook to Bonnie Graybill on his market place for some complaints about the phone and they said they will come back to me. They did not. I then went to apple the same day to check the iphone, and they told me it was a counterfeit a fake one. I called them immediately to issue me a refund and give me their return address in California, as they said on their website: "Refund And Return Policy: If Items is not as describe and you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange of the product for another one." They refused to issue me a refund. I then decided to report their website from scam activities.
