Facebook ad for Weekender bags (2) 2 $18.88 each + $10 shipping paid by visa on 12/18/23. 1/10/24 emailed for eta, told it would take time to ship. 1/11/24 given tracking info from Logistics company, however I didn't like the website and told them I couldn't download the app to track and asked for them to follow up. 1/13/24 Based on my feedback they would contact company and give them 3 days for reply. 1/15/24 They replied shipped to wrong address, verify address, they will reship, eta 1 week

1/29/24 follow up on eta, advised them if I didn't get the items I would dispute charges and report them. 1/29/24 Reply was it is being processed wait 2 days. 2/5/24 No order arrived after 5 days, told them I would file a grievance. 2/6/24 They contacted logistics company, item may have been lost. We can resend free of charge, is this acceptable let us know. I replied I am tired of excuses and I am done, Visa company will be contacted to dispute charges. VERY frustrating, I should have listened to my instincts and not order anything from a facebook ad.
